Bacon and Bath Soft Croissants

Brunch treats don’t get much better than this. Wickedly indulgent, these savoury croissants are simple to make and packed full of flavour.

Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 15 - 20 mins
Makes: 4 croissants

How to Make:

1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C.

2.Pan fry the bacon to your desired level of crispiness.

3. Cut into the croissants lengthways to create a pocket that is sturdy enough to hold its own but with enough space to fill with the cheese and bacon. 

4. Slice the cheese and place inside the croissants along with the bacon 

5. Place in the oven for 5-10 mins until warm and serve immediately.

Enjoy on a lazy weekend morning or over a long lunch. For added flavour why not try adding a touch of Eat 17’s delicious Bacon Jam or Cartwright and Butler’s tangy Caramelised Onion Chutney.
