Grapefruit Punch

This colourful and pretty punch is both fruity and spicy, flavoured with sharp grapefruit and lemon, along with tangy ginger beer for a cocktail that’s full of taste yet free from alcohol.

What you'll need

  • Half a glass Milk & More Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 grapefruit wedge (optional)
  • A sprig of mint
  • 5 blueberries
  • Half a glass Belvoir Organic Ginger Beer Presse
  • Edible flowers for garnishing (optional)
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp Thursday Cottage Acacia Honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

How to make

  1. Start by making the blueberry ice cubes. Simply add one or two blueberries to each cube in your ice tray, along with a spritz of lemon and some shredded mint leaves if you like, then leave to freeze.
  2. Create a sugar rim on your glass by dipping it into the remaining lemon juice, then into the sugar. Now toss in the blueberry ice cubes.
  3. Add to your shaker the grapefruit juice, ginger beer, then the honey and vanilla extract.
  4. Shake the mix together, then pour over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and a fresh sprig of mint and edible flowers.
