What you'll need

  • 470ml Good Company Kefir
  • 100g strawberries, frozen
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 100g blueberries, frozen

How to make

  1. Add all the ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Process on high until the oats and almonds are broken down and the milkshake is thick but smooth.
