Clementine and Banana Smoothie

Mix up something different with a classic smoothie-turned milkshake thanks to the addition of a deliciously creamy yoghurt from Pure Nature. Our organic fruit is bursting with flavour, and makes the ultimate dreamy smoothies. This easy shake goes down a treat with a touch of spice of vanilla and turmeric for added flavour. Why not experiment by adding in a scoop of your favourite sorbet for an extra fruity twist on this tasty treat?

What you'll need

  • 1 banana
  • A pinch turmeric or a dash of vanilla extract for added flavour (optional)
  • 2 tbsps Pure Nature Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 clementine
  • Half a glass milk
  • A handful ice
  • A drizzle Thursday Cottage Acacia Honey

How to make

  1. Peel the clementines and remove the pith and seeds.
  2. Slice the bananas and measure out the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or with a hand-held mixer until smooth.
  4. Garnish the milkshake with frozen clementine slices, extra ice, and a drizzle of honey.
