THIS™ Isn’t Bacon Rashers match meat in taste, texture, and versatility, and are ridiculously easy to cook. If you can do It with bacon, you can do it with THIS™!

Known nationwide for their ability to drag you out of bed and fix the worst of all hangovers, the BLT is the Holy Grail of any good brunch, so our friends at THIS™ have created what we think is the ultimate vegan BLT recipe using some gorgeously soft Bertinet Bakery sourdough slices.

With this simple recipe, you can get it just right every single time your Sunday morning calls for a seriously good sarnie.

What you'll need

  • 1 beef tomato
  • 1 head gem lettuce
  • 2tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 pack THIS™ Isn’t Bacon Plant-Based Rashers
  • 8 slices Bertinet Bakery sourdough
  • 2tbsp vegan mayo

How to make

  1. Spread your vegan butter substitute across your slices of Bertinet Bakery sourdough.
  2. Fry THIS™ Isn’t Bacon rashers in a good slug of oil for a few mins until crispy, then layer them onto the bread.
  3. Add a dollop of mayo to each slice.
  4. Carefully slice your beef tomato into ½ cm rounds. Layer them on top of the bacon.
  5. Top with enough lettuce leaves to cover the tomatoes.
  6. Cap the sandwich with a second piece of bread and cut in half with a sharp knife.
  7. Devour!
