Daylesford Organic High Protein Overnight Oats

What you'll need

  • 2 organic eating apples
  • 3 cups organic whole milk, almond milk or milk kefir
  • 1tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 40g protein powder
  • 1 cup organic porridge oats

How to make

  1. Coarsely grate or finely chop the apples and tip into a medium bowl.
  2. Add all the other ingredients.
  3. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir again and serve with your favourite accompaniments, such as organic natural or flavoured yoghurt, coconut yoghurt, frozen berries or a drizzle of raw honey.
