How to make

  1. Lightly drizzle your ciabatta slices in a small amount of olive oil, then barbecue or grill on a low heat until each slice starts to brown at the edges.
  2. At the same time, drizzle your sliced nectarines in honey, then barbecue or grill for a couple of minutes until they get a chargrilled, caramelised appearance.
  3. Remove the ciabatta slices from the barbecue/ grill, cover them with the creamy oat spread, and grind over a good helping of black pepper.
  4. Top the tartines with the freshly-grilled nectarine slices, and feel free to add a little something more with an extra drizzle of honey, or herbs, nuts or sea salt.
