Green Kefir Smoothie

A sweet way to make a generous dose of fruit and greens a little more interesting is a good helping of kefir whizzed together in a simple smoothie. This guilt-free snack makes a great breakfast on the go, too. Why not go extra green and pour it into a reusable glass bottle with a couple of ice cubes to keep for later? What you'll need

  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 180-200ml Nourish Organic Natural Kefir
  • 1 handful pea shoots
