Cranberry Cooler

Punchy, tart and so refreshing, this sweet drink is one of the most fruity and zesty refreshments to enjoy alongside a picnic or barbecue. Award-winning mixologist Rob Simpson shook up this sweet recipe for us to enjoy while making the most of our sweet cranberry juice, a splash of lime soda and a generous helping of fresh fruit.

What you'll need

  • 70ml cold brew tea
  • A splash of Belvior Lime Soda
  • Slices of cucumbers, strawberries with mint or basil to garnish
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 70ml Milk & More Cranberry Juice
  • 50ml bitter aperitive (optional)

How to make

  1. Start by brewing the tea. Simply brew the tea in a non-plastic container and allow to steep for 4 to 5 hours at room temperature, before straining into a glass.
  2. Simply stir in the juices and sugar syrup (and Aperitivo if you like…) , add plenty of ice and garnish as you please!
