You won’t find an easier recipe than this to keep the kids occupied this summer, and with no cooking or mixing involved, there’s no mess to clean up after! Choose from Tom Parker Creamery’s dreamy flavoured milks or combine all 3 for a Neapolitan effect. How to make

  1. Freeze for 30–45 minutes until just set.
  2. Add the next flavour layer.
  3. Repeat until moulds are full.
  4. Insert sticks when the final layer is partially set.
  5. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
  6. To serve, run the mould briefly under warm water to release.
