Whipped Fruit Fool with Berries and Cream

Serve up a sweet summery dessert thanks to our brand new range of fresh fruit and berries. This easy pudding is bound to go down a storm at barbecues and all those summer sporting celebrations.

How to make

  1. Mix the mashed strawberries and raspberries, sugar and lemon zest in a saucepan over a medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  2. Take off the heat, then stir in the blueberries.
  3. Leave to cool, then refrigerate the puree for about an hour.
  4. In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until it forms firm peaks.
  5. Divide the cream into individual serving glasses, gently swirl in the puree mixture, then serve with a drizzle of honey and an extra scattering of berries.
