Natural Yoghurt with Apples and Agave Syrup

Easy to make, fruity and tasty as can be, Pure Nature’s sweet but simple concoction using their classic natural yoghurt is a brilliantly different option for a cooked breakfast on a cold morning that calls for a bit of comfort.

What you'll need

  • 50g Pure Nature fresh churned butter
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 1 150ml jar Pure Nature Organic Natural Yoghurt
  • 1tsp almond flakes
  • 1tbsp agave syrup
  • 1tsp granulated sugar

How to make

  1. Peel the apple and cut into wedges.
  2. Stew the apple over medium heat with some butter.
  3. Sprinkle some sugar over it and let it caramelise.
  4. Serve with yoghurt and drizzle some agave syrup over the dish.
  5. Finish off with some almond flakes.
