What you'll need

  • 3tbsp porridge oats
  • 100g blueberries
  • 2-3 tsps maple syrup, according to taste
  • 1 pint oat drink
  • 1 banana, broken into pieces

How to make

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
