Scrambled Egg and Cream Cheese Croissants

How to make

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°.
  2. In a bowl, whisk up the eggs.
  3. Place the croissants in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Place a pan on a low heat and melt the butter and cream cheese.
  5. Add in the eggs and continuously stir them over a low heat.
  6. Once cooked to your liking, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  7. Cut the croissants in half and stuff with the eggs.
  8. Sprinkle over chopped spring onions.
