Who says you can’t have pudding for breakfast? These air fryer crème brûlée crumpets are quick and easy to make, packed with custardy goodness, and give you that perfect crunchy top. Mornings just got a lot more exciting!

How to make

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 180°.
  2. Hollow out each crumpet, making sure to leave the bottom intact so the custard doesn't leak out.
  3. Spoon the custard into the crumpet hole.
  4. Sprinkle over white sugar evenly and place into the air fryer for 10 minutes or until the sugar has caramelised and the custard has thickened slightly.
