How to make

  1. Set your air fryer's baking setting to 230˚C, and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, then briefly whisk in the milk to create a batter.
  3. Break the head of cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
  4. Thoroughly coat each floret in the batter before arranging on the baking tray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, checking that they turn golden all over, and flip halfway through if necessary.
  6. While baking, prepare the sauce. Simply stir together the hot sauce, coconut oil, and honey, before brushing onto the florets.
  7. Bake for another 20 minutes, then tuck in with your favourite dip.
