Peanut Butter Banana Shake

Whizz up this thick and creamy milkshake with the weird but wonderful combination of peanut butter and banana. You can enjoy it as a healthier breakfast treat by swapping the ice cream for a handful of oats and doubling up on yoghurt, or for a more moreish drink, add an easy garnish of some whipped cream and crushed peanuts.

What you'll need

  • Whipped cream and crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)
  • A dash cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Pure Nature Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Thursday Cottage Honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2/3 glass milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or a handful of oats (optional)

How to make

  1. Using a blender or handheld mixer, blitz together the banana, milk, yoghurt, peanut butter, cinnamon and oats (if you're using them) until smooth.
  2. Pour over ice, and garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, an extra sprinkling of cinnamon, and some crushed peanuts.
