Marmalade Glazed Bacon

This wonderful yet simple recipe makes a welcomingly different and warming breakfast thanks to the help of Thursday Cottage’s whiskey-infused Christmas marmalade. @mintandrosemary created the recipe for this festive treat that will give a kick to your Christmas morning while brightening up your breakfast bacon. If big breakfasts aren’t your thing, why not sandwich it between some thick slices of our luxurious loaves for a traditional bacon butty with a twist?

What you'll need

  • 2 tbsps Thursday Cottage Christmas Marmalade
  • 4 Rashers of Maynard's Dry Cure Oak Smoked Bacon

How to make

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. For easy grilling, place a baking rack on top of a baking tray, and arrange the bacon rashers on top.
  3. Brush Thursday Cottage’s Christmas Marmalade evenly over each rasher.
  4. Place in the oven and cook for 18 to 20 minutes until crispy.
