Coffee Latte Smoothies

This sweet little morning pick-me-up tastes great served over ice, but if a hot mug of comfort is more your thing, try warming the Oato first and sprinkle with ground cinnamon to give a lovely warming drink.

What you'll need

  • 3tbsp Good Club Zero Waste Porridge Oats
  • 400ml Oato Fresh Oat Drink
  • ½tsp honey to taste (optional)
  • 1½tsp instant coffee granules
  • 150ml Pure Nature Organic Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Cocoa for dusting (optional)

How to make

  1. Place the coffee and oats in the base of a liquidizer or smoothie maker, add 50ml just boiled water and stir to dissolve the coffee.
  2. Add the yoghurt, Oato and honey (to taste, if liked).
  3. Blitz until smooth then pour into 2 tall glasses, sprinkle over a little cocoa to serve, if liked.
