Your Delivery Days Are Changing

We’ve sent you a couple of emails recently to notify you about some upcoming changes to your delivery days, and we wanted to make sure you were aware.

We're making this change to minimise food miles and to support our hard-working milkmen and women, who have long worked six nights a week to deliver to our customers. It's a tough job working through the night, and we want to give them better working conditions as well as the opportunity to spend more time with their families, which is very important to us.

This means that from Monday 6th November, we will only be delivering to your area on Mondays and Fridays, but not on Wednesdays. The good news is that you don’t need to do anything. We will move your existing Wednesday delivery to Monday automatically.

You'll be able to see this move in your account from Thursday 2nd November. If you would like to make any changes simply visit your account to update your new deliveries.

Despite the changes, you can rest assured that this will not affect the quality of your milk. We'll make sure that we deliver the freshest milk that should last until your next delivery.
