The Bath Soft Cheese Co.; Over 200 years of organic cheese.

This old farming saying goes to the heart of what happens at Park Farm, home of the Bath Soft Cheese co.

Still owned and run by it’s founding family, the Padfields have been making their Bath Soft Cheese at Park Farm in Kelston since the 18th century.
A true Camembert contemporary, sharing many of the same creamy, earthy and floral flavours, Bath Soft Cheese is a traditional cheese that shares it’s roots in Bath.

Sticking with tradition, The Bath Soft Cheese Co. also take a traditional approach to how they raise and graze their small herd of 160 mainly Holstein Friesian cows who provide the milk that makes their delicious cheeses.

Registered with Organic Farmers and Growers, no fungicides, pesticides or artificial fertilisers are used on their land - meaning both the land and the waterways remain uncontaminated. Even now in the fourth generation of the Padfield family, their commitment to organic and fair farming is still very strong. They take pride in saying their milk and cheese is produced in a way that protects our natural world and lets every farm animal feel the sun on its back.
