Terms and Conditions - £10 Off When You Switch from Offline to an Online Milk and More Account

THE BITS YOU WANT TO KNOW
Promotion: receive £10 off your first Milk & More invoice plus a free Village Press orange juice (500ml) when you switch from an offline account to a Milk & More online account.
Promotional Period: the period from 22nd March 2021 at 9.00am until 29th May 2021 at 11.00pm (“Closing Date”) inclusive.
Promotional Code: the promotional code you receive can only be used once. If you happen to receive more than one code, only one may be redeemed.
Geographical Restrictions: Geographical restrictions apply. please visit www.milkandmore.co.uk (the “Website”) and during registration prospective customers will be advised whether Milk & More delivers to your area and therefore whether you are eligible to enter the Promotion.


THE PROMOTER:
1. The Promoter is Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP (t/a Milk & More), a limited liability partnership registered in England with partnership number OC384928 whose registered office is at Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3SQ (the “Promoter”).


​​​​​​​WHO CAN ENTER:
2. This is an online promotion and only open to existing Milk & More Offline customers who transfer to become a new online customers (“Eligible Customers”) during the Promotional Period. Subject to any Geographical Restrictions. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Customers are only those customers who transfer and successfully register for an online account (at www.milkandmore.co.uk (the “Website”)) for the first time during the Promotional Period. Entrants must not have held a Milk & More online account previously and must be a registered offline customer at the point of registering for this Promotion. First order only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. This Promotion is not available to employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.


​​​​​​​HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION:
3. The Eligible Customer must:
a. set up a regular payment method by Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit;
b. make an online purchase on the Website within the Promotional Period and use the Promotional Code at checkout on their first online order with a minimum spend of £10; (“Qualifying Order”). £10 will then be deducted automatically from your first Milk & More invoice and you will receive a free Village Press orange juice.
4. Only one Qualifying Order per Eligible Customer allowed. Proof of offline account may be requested.
5. The Promotion can only be used once per customer and per household. For the avoidance of doubt, if more than one customer is registered at a household the Promotion can only be used by one customer.
6. All online orders are made subject to Milk & More’s Online Terms and Conditions available at www.milkandmore.co.uk/Terms.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Milk & More introductory sign up offer.
8. No cash alternative will be given.
9. Entrants must not use a false name or email address or provide any false information when registering for use of the Website / Promotion. The Promoter may at its entire discretion refuse, remove, or suspend registration at any time, for any reason.
​​​​​​​10. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the offer if it has reasonable grounds to believe the customer has breached any of the terms and conditions.

11. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to comply with the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter platform terms of use from time to time. To the extent there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and such platform terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
​​​​​​​12. Facebook/Instagram/Twitter are not associated with, and does not endorse, this Promotion and are in no way responsible for any element of it.


​​​​​​​DATA PROTECTION:
13. The Promoter will only process entrant’s personal data in connection with this Promotion to administer entries and/or as otherwise required by law. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy at milkandmore.co.uk/privacy-and-cookies-policy.
​​​​​​​14. The Promoter may also share personal data with third parties who will be supporting the Promotion.


​​​​​​​LIABILITY:
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from entry into the Promotion. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage or loss to an entrant that is not reasonably foreseeable.
16. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any personal injury or death, resulting from entry into the Promotion.
17. The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, disease, disputes, third party website or platforms (including social media) not in its direct control.

Each entrant will indemnify (and will keep indemnified) the Promoter and its affiliates against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or any other action which imposes an unreasonable burden on the Website including (but not limited to) the use of software robots.


​​​​​​​THE FINAL BITS:
19. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Entrants may only enter the Promotion for personal non-commercial use.
21. If any entries have been submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices, brute force or via a third party for commercial gain, such entries will be deemed invalid.
22. The Promoter does not guarantee that the Website will be operational on any specific device or system or that it will be error free or available all the time. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connection or difficulties of any kind in the operation of the Website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the Promotion.
23. The Website may contain links to other websites, including those of third parties. These links are provided for convenience and are not under the control of the Promoter and as such we make no warranty, either express or implied, concerning the content of such websites including claims of infringement or that such websites are devoid of viruses or error free.
24. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to eliminate or disqualify you from participating in the Promotion.
​​​​​​​25. The rights and remedies of the Promoter under these terms and conditions are without prejudice to its rights under the law. These terms and conditions shall not create any rights or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
​​​​​​​26. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause will not affect the validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, without the prior notice at any time, for whatever reason and without liability to any entrants for doing so. Please check these terms and conditions regularly as any changes are effective immediately to any entrants.
​​​​​​​28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
