Having trouble signing in?

For anyone experiencing issues getting access to the new Milk & More website, you’ll find our step by step instructions below on how to sign in for the first time.
Remember you’ll need to follow all three steps completely in order to finish the process.

3 simple steps


When you visit the site, just try to log in as normal. The new website won’t recognise you at first and will send you an email to reset your password.

At this point you can close the website for now and open up your emails instead.

  


Check for an email from Milk & More Customer Services (if you can’t see it right away, it may have arrived in your junk mail rather than your main inbox)

Simply click the “Reset your password” button or copy and paste the link into your browser. You will be taken to a screen where you can re-enter your current password or choose a new one.

  

Once you’ve set up your password you’ll be taken to the checkout, where you’ll find your usual regular orders.

Feel free to alter these as much as you like,  however you will need to confirm and pay for anything due to be delivered this week in order to fully log in and start using the new website.

Please make sure that you have checked your junk/spam folder. If it's not there then please call our Customer Services team on 0345 607 0956.
We received customer feedback requesting smaller, more manageable payments. If the change doesn't meet your needs we do still offer a monthly payment solution via our traditional (offline) service. Do call customer services if you would like more information.
We are aware of an issue where a small number of customers were charged twice for their order. If this is the case, we will be in touch with information about your refund within 7 working days. For any other issues please contact our Customer Services team on 0345 606 3606 who will be able to investigate for you.
After talking to our customers, we discovered that card payments are more in line with online retailers and are expected from the majority of customers when online shopping. We apologise that this may not work for everyone. We do offer a more traditional service dealing directly with your milkman and paying monthly by Direct Debit. If you wish to arrange a transfer of your account to this service, please call our Customer Services team.
We had feedback from customers that our invoice and credit system was hard to manage, so to improve our service we addressed the issue by introducing advanced weekly payments. By charging in advance we are able to process all the payments and make sure you get your deliveries as you want them.
If you haven't used the new website yet, visit www.milkandmore.co.uk and sign in, enter your email and you should receive a link to reset your password. Then all you need to do is check or add your card details and confirm your order. If you experience any issues signing in to the new site please call our Customer Services team on 0345 607 0956 so that we can set up your new account over the phone. Once you're logged in, you'll find a link to your "My Account" page in the top right hand corner of the website.
