To use our holiday feature to pause your deliveries you need to have active regular orders set up in your account.

Have you switched?

If you've recently joined us from an account direct with your milkman, you need to make sure you set up your regular orders here in your online account before you can set up holidays. Don't forget to pay your final bill to your milkman for your recent deliveries - we can't transfer your balance into your online account.
