Win tickets to the Foodies Festival 2018 
Full Terms and Conditions

  

1.              This promotion is only open to residents in Great Britain aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and residence may be required.

2.              Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of: the Promoter; any agencies involved with the promotion; and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

3.              The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.              The promotion opens at 9am on 4 May 2018 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 8pm on 8 May 2018. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Only one entry permitted per person during the promotional period.

5.              By the closing date, entrants must submit an entry via their Facebook or Instagram account which complies with the entry instructions below. To be deemed a valid entry the entrant must:

1.      Ensure that their Facebook and/or Instagram account is not set to ‘private’ (so we can see your entry);

2.      Post their own image on their Facebook profile page or Instagram account that features their Milk & More delivery being made in a visually appealing way, and which features, for example: the roundsmen or milk van, the products being delivered, or other distinctive feature;

3.      The entry must be made within the promotion period set out in paragraph 4. Entering on both Instagram and Facebook counts as one entry only;

4.      Follow our social media accounts on either Facebook and/or Instagram (Facebook: @ Milk & More or Instagram : @freshmilkandmore) and either tag: @freshmilkandmore (on Instagram), or tag: @Milk & More or hashtag: #milkandmore (on Facebook) in the post; and

5.      Not include any other brand names or trade marks; not be defamatory or malicious and not be offensive or use inappropriate language.

Please BE NICE AND KEEP IT CLEAN! The Promoter reserves the right to void any entries that break these rules.

6.            The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay, postal strike, postal issue or other reason whatsoever. No entries can be returned or copied to the entrant.

7.        Ten (10) prize winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The winners will be notified by direct message either on Facebook or Instagram by  9 May 2018. Please ensure that you follow our social media account (either Facebook or Instagram, depending how you post your entry image) so you can receive our direct message and confirm your chosen date to attend the Foodie Festival. If a prize winner does not respond to the notification of their win within 24 hours of the initial notification, this will result in their prize being forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected based on a reserve chosen at the time of the original selection and under the same terms and conditions as the original selection.  The new prize winner will be notified within one (1) working day.

8.          There are ten (10) prizes available. Each prize consists of one pair of day tickets to the winner’s chosen date of the Bristol Foodies Food Festival to be held between 11th to 13th May 2018. Please note that all tickets are subject to Foodies Food Festival’s own terms and conditions, subject to availability on chosen dates, and may be subject to specific exclusions (e.g. no resale of tickets.) The winners will collect their tickets on their chosen day from the Foodies Festival ticket collection area or guest list (as applicable on the day).

9.          The prizes in whole or in part are non-transferable. No cash or alternative prize will be offered in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

10.        To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or redemption of the prize. 

11.        The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.

12.        The name and county of the prize winners will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope to: “Milk & More team, Foodies Festival Promotion Winners, milk&more, 14-40 Victoria Road, Aldershot, Hants GU11 1TH” after 31 May 2018 for a period of 3 months. Entries to this address will NOT be accepted.  

13.        If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using/has used computer(s) to circumvent these conditions by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

14.       Facebook and/or Instagram is not associated with and does not endorse, sponsor or administer this promotion or Milk & More /Müller’s products. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not Facebook and/or Instagram. Facebook and/or Instagram is not responsible for any element of this promotion.

15.       The Promoter is not responsible for the functionality and accessibility of the Facebook and/or Instagram website. The Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Facebook and/or Instagram website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the promotion.

16.        The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

17.        Prize winner may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter. By entering this promotion, entrants also agree to having their Facebook or Instagram posts (or parts thereof) published online.

18.        The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.

19.      The Promoter will collect personal information from the entrant for the purposes of administering this promotion. We will need to use this personal information in order to contact the winner via email and/or publicising information about the prize winner by post and on social media (as required under clause 17). We will also need to provide the winner’s names to:

(a)    Foodie Festival in order to add the winner’s names onto the guest list for ticket collection. For details on how they handle personal data, please see their website at www.foodiesfestival.com.

20.        All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject (where applicable) and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any other applicable laws. Entrants must warrant they own the copyright in their entries. All entries become the property of the Promoter after submission, and entrants waive any moral rights in the images. Entrants permit Milk & More to use their submitted images in Milk & More’s marketing publications (either online or offline) in perpetuity.

21.        By entering this promotion all entrants agree unequivocally to be bound by these terms and conditions.

22.        These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
