Flower and White: Gourmet treats from bakers of indulgence

Leanne and Brian’s journey creating Flower & White began at their home in Shropshire. With an avid and long standing passion for baking, having relished his childhood days making traditional puddings and desserts in his mother’s kitchen, it was Brian who used the opportunity as a stay at home dad to start baking with the children.

During the time he spent baking, he honed his skills using the traditional Swiss method to make what would be the Flower & White hand crafted impossibly light yet devilishly decadent meringues.

Through Brian’s dedication to the art of baking and creating new, innovative products they were able to celebrate an extremely successful public launch of Flower & White.

Following Brian’s success Leanne decided to take the plunge and leave her job to join her husband in his venture. Using only the highest quality of ingredients, their range of “Meringue Giants” have been a huge success across the country.
