Daylesford Summer Festival With Milk & More - Terms and Conditions

The Promoter: Milk & More is a trading division of MoreCo Group Limited, 2nd Floor, Park View, Watchmoor Park, Riverside Way, Camberley, GU15 3YL

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to GB (England, Scotland and Wales) residents who engage with the stand activity taking place  at Daylesford Summer Festival, and are aged 18 or over.  Employees and their immediate families of, or anyone professionally connected to Milk & More, Daylesford and Jackanory are excluded from participation.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. You will require an active email address in order to enter the promotion.

4. Limited to one entry per person/email address across the Promotion Period.

5. Promotion Period:  The promotion will begin at 10:00hrs on Saturday 17th June and finish at 17:00hrs on Sunday 18th June 2023 (the "Promotion Period").  Any entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 

6. Entry Requirements: To enter, simply provide your email address to Milk & More promotional staff members on the stand.  The entrant’s details will then be entered into the prize draw.

7. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

8. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

9. Prize:  1 winner will be selected for all legitimate entries made during the Promotional Period.

10. There is no cash or other alternative for the prize in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.

11. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by Jackanory on behalf of Milk & More via a randomised computer process from all valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period.  

12. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by a representative from the Promoter via email within 5 days of the prize draw. The Promoter will send an email to the email address given to our staff members. 

13. We will endeavour to deliver the prize by email within 14 days of the date when the winner has accepted their prize and the completion of any verification process. In the event of a delay we will contact the prize winner and arrange a suitable delivery time.

14. If the winner does not respond to accept the prize and provide proof of proof of ID within [5] days of the Promoter contacting them by email or is found to be ineligible to claim the prize or rejects the prize, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above and the process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize The winner does not have a choice of prize; they can only accept the specific prize offered to them. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are the winner.

15. General: The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in relation to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions Milk and More reserve the right to cancel the promotion (in whole or in part).

17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entrants or disallow from taking part whom it considers do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating, won using fraudulent means or has interfered with the fair running of this draw.

18. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of the prize.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of the prize.

19. Entrants may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize.

20. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

21. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant's entry to the promotion.

22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

23. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes. Your personal data is only processed for the purposes of participating in the Promotion, notifying the winner and delivering the prize, and a single promotional email relating to Milk & More’s services. Please note that entrants will only be required to provide their full name and email address, home address and telephone number if they are selected as the winner in order to deliver the prize. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. 24. The prize winner’s surname and county of residence will be available at http://www.winners-list.co.uk within three months of the Closing Date. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting info@circleagency.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

26. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions (including non-contractual disputes) will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
