Breakfast Week Facebook/Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions



THE BITS YOU WANT TO KNOW:

Competition Period: The period from 24th March 2022 at 12.01am to 27th March 2022 at 11.59pm.

Number of Entries: One entry per customer per relevant social media platform.

Geographical Restrictions: Open to residents of the Great Britain.


THE PROMOTER:
1. The Promoter is Milk & More, a trading name of MoreCo Group Limited (“MoreCo”). MoreCo is a Limited Company registered in England under Company number 13537233. Our registered office is at Second Floor, Park View, Riverside Way, Camberley, United Kingdom, GU15 3YL (the “Promoter”).


WHO CAN ENTER AND HOW TO ENTER:

2.  This competition is open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years or over. This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter, such employees’ immediate families or anyone professionally involved in the competition.


3. This is an online competition and Internet access is required. Entrants must:

i) Navigate to the Milk & More Facebook or Instagram page, click on this competition and in the comments box tell us your favourite go to breakfast,

within the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Entry”), after which the entrant will be automatically entered into the Promotion.


4. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible.

THE PRIZES:
5. Two lucky winners will each win a copy of Matt Tebbutt’s Weekend: Eating at Home: From Long Lazy Lunches to Fast Family Fixes .  The winners are chosen at random by the Promoter. The winners can win a maximum of one prize each (“Prizes”).

6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

7. We will take all reasonable steps to arrange for the delivery of the Prizes, but if there is no response within 14 days, or the contact details are invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to randomly re-allocate the Prizes without liability to the original winners.

8. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of the Prizes caused by the provision of wrong information or supplier liability or other causes beyond its reasonable control (including for any delay caused by pandemic).

 

THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS:

9. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to comply with the relevant Instagram and/or Facebook platform terms of use from time to time. To the extent there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and such platform terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

10.Instagram and/or Facebook are not associated with, and do not endorse, this competition and are in no way responsible for any element of it.

DATA PROTECTION
11. The Promoter will collect personal information from the winners for the purposes of administering this competition. By entering this competition, entrants agree to the collection of their personal information in this manner.

12. In accordance with the current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish, or make available on request, information that confirms an award took place including your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You have the right to object, or to ask for less information to be made available. If you wish to object, or if you have any questions or comments regarding data and privacy, please contact customerservices@milkandmore.co.uk.

13. If you are a winner, we may wish to use your personal data to announce you as the winner and for reasonable promotional purposes connected to this competition. If you wish to object, please contact

LIABILITY
14. The winners agree to be fully responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and/or tax liabilities incurred in claiming and using the Prizes.

15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from entry into the competition or the winner’s acceptance or use of the Prizes. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage or loss to an entrant that is not reasonably foreseeable.

16. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any personal injury or death, resulting from entry into the competition or the winner’s acceptance of the Prizes.

17. The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, disease, disputes, third party website or platforms (including social media) not in its direct control or the acts or defaults of any suppliers of the Prizes.

18. Each entrant will indemnify (and will keep indemnified) the Promoter and its affiliates against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions or negligence.

THE FINAL BITS
19. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. Entrants may only enter the competition for personal non-commercial use.

21. If any entries have been submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices, brute force or via a third party for commercial gain, such entries will be deemed invalid.

22.  If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to eliminate or disqualify you from participating in the competition.

23. The rights and remedies of the Promoter under these terms and conditions are without prejudice to its rights under the law. These terms and conditions shall not create any rights or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

24. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision will be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause will not affect the validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so, without the prior notice at any time, for whatever reason and without liability to any entrants for doing so. Please check these terms and conditions regularly as any changes are effective immediately to any entrants.

26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
