How to Get Started


Check out our handy quick guides to get started with your Milk & More deliveries. If you have any questions, our FAQs should have your answer, or you can contact us if you need any help.


Quick Guides

If you’d like your deliveries to be left somewhere other than your doorstep, or if you need to let your Milkman know the code to a gate or door, you can send them instructions through your account.

1. Go to ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page, then click on ‘My Details.’
2. Scroll down to ‘Delivery instructions.’
3. Enter your instructions to your Milkman and click ‘Save changes.’
1. Once you’ve logged in to your account and found your product, click the blue 'Add +' button.
2. Under 'Frequency,' select 'One-off,' and choose the amount you’d like delivered.
3. Click through the available dates, choose the one that suits you, and click the 'Add to basket +' button.
4. To checkout, go to your basket in the top right corner of your account, and click the ‘Confirm Order & Checkout’ button.
1. Once you’ve logged in to your account and chosen your product, click the blue 'Add +' button.
2. Under 'Frequency,' select how often you’d like to receive the product, whether it’s every week, 2 weeks, right up to every 6 weeks.
3. Under ‘Quantity,’ select how many you’d like each week on your available delivery days, then click the blue 'Add to basket +' button.
4. To checkout, head to your basket, check your order by scrolling through the dates, and click the ‘Confirm Order & Checkout’ button.

You can do this for as many products as you like!
1. Go to ‘My Deliveries’ in your account, and click on the one you’d like to change.
2. Use the red ‘Remove’ buttons to cancel any products, and the black ‘Edit’ button to adjust any quantities (and frequences if it is a regular order).
3. Click ‘Save changes’ to update your order.
4. To add a new product to the order, use the ‘+ Add item’ button at the bottom. Once you’ve added everything, click ‘Confirm Order & Checkout,’ and your order will be updated.
1. Go to ‘My Deliveries’ in your account and find the order you’d like to cancel.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the order and click on ‘Remove all.’
3. Click ‘Confirm.’ Your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.
