Island Bakery - The Hebrides' Most Moreish Export

After following tradition and baking bread for their local community, young Isle of Mull bakers Joe and Dawn realised a much sweeter dream – moreish biscuits baked from local ingredients.

With that, the Island Bakery Organics was born and the pair’s biscuits were scooping up Great Taste awards and being snapped up from the shelves of Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. Soon after, they made the difficult decision to sell their shop and go all in on biscuits in a brand new bakery powered by local renewable energy.
