Cuoco: Taste Makers, not Biscuit Bakers!

Founded by chocoholic chef Liam, Cuoco grew from a passion for top notch baking and jaw-droppingly tasty cocoa.

It was after munching on a less-than-satisfactory chocolate biscuit that Liam realised it was high time he took matters into his own hands. After writing up some recipes and renovating a small, disused bakery in Somerset, he began creating dangerously moreish biscuits that were soon being snapped up by delis, farm shops and fine food retailers across the country.
