No Bake Energy Bites

Everyone needs a pick-me-up now and then, whether it’s a bite of elevenses or a treat to beat the afternoon slump. These easy no bake energy bites are perfect for keeping handy for when you need a quick boost. Keep refrigerated or frozen in an airtight container ready to enjoy whenever you need them.

Prep Time: 5-10 mins | Chill Time: 2 hours, ideally overnight | Serves: 10 bites

125g Proper Nutty Slightly Salted Peanut Butter

90g Tiptree Honey

115g Pimhill Farm Organic Porridge Oats

Kitchen foil

Banana - optional

Cartwright and Butler Dark Chocolate Covered Stem Ginger - optional
1. If using, chop any additional ingredients into small pieces.

2. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl until you have a slightly sticky mix that resembles a cookie dough.

3. Divide the mix and roll into balls and place onto a plate or baking tray which has been covered in foil.

4. Refrigerate or freeze for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight for a more solid result.
