No Bake Energy Bites

Everyone needs a pick-me-up now and then, whether it’s a bite of elevensies or a treat to beat the afternoon slump. These easy no bake energy bites are perfect for keeping handy for when you need a quick boost.

Makes: approx. 10 bites
Prep Time: 5 - 10 mins
Chill Time: 2 hours minimum, ideally overnight

What you'll need

Oat and Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Optional Additions:

How to Make:

1. If using, chop any additional ingredients into small pieces.

2. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl until you have a slightly sticky mix that resembles a cookie dough.

3. Divide the mix and roll into balls and place onto a plate or baking tray which has been covered in foil.

4. Refrigerate or freeze for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight for a more solid result.
