Troo Granola Super Seeded with Calming Ginger, or Troo Granola Nicely Nutty with Soothing Cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 1800C/3560F. Cube the butter and place in a bowl along with the sugar and flour.

2. Using your fingers, mix the flour, butter and sugar together using pinching motions until the mix has formed into a breadcrumb like texture.

3. Peel, core and half the apples, then quarter each half and place in an ovenproof dish.

4. Pour the yoghurt over the apples and mix the two together in the dish.

5. Cover the apple and yoghurt mix with the crumble, patting it down to slighty compact the topping.

6. Bake in the oven for 15-20mins until the crumble just starts to turn golden brown.

7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Troo granola, before returning to the oven for the remaining 5-10 mins.
