An Easter Holiday for Our Delivery Drivers


Given all of the hard work our milkmen and milkwomen have committed to over the last few weeks in particular, they will be given a well-deserved break on the Saturday and Monday of the Easter weekend so that they can spend some time with their families.

You will still receive all your orders, but this does mean that there will be a slight change to delivery patterns over the Easter weekend. If you have orders that were due to reach you on Easter Saturday, you will now receive these early on Thursday 9th April, and for all Easter Monday deliveries, these will instead be delivered on Wednesday 15th April.

Our Service Updates


At Milk & More, we have always taken great pride in serving our community, and we are as committed as ever to our values and to delivering to each and every one of our highly valued customers. We appreciate that in these challenging times, many of our customers, old and new, will be relying on our services more than usual, and we are determined to continue serving you when you need it most.

With the ever-changing situation, we are remaining responsive and continually reviewing our operations to ensure we can continue to deliver to you as best as possible. As a result, we have implemented some changes, as set out below:

New Customers: We're sorry that we’ve had to temporarily stop accepting new customers, and we look forward to welcoming you soon. If you are interested in signing up for an account, please register your interest here and we will let you know as soon as this is possible.

Customer Services: Our Customer Care team is currently reduced due to self isolation precautions, and as such is dealing with a large volume of calls. We therefore ask you to please only contact us via our Facebook and Instagram pages if urgent and you are unable to log into your account. This will allow us to use our call channels to continue to help those who do not have Internet access. We are sorry for this inconvenience and will update you as soon as this changes. We will also continue to provide updates across our social channels, as well as here, and on our FAQs page.

Delivery Times: We can no longer guarantee morning deliveries, but our milkmen and milkwomen will still aim to get all deliveries out before the end of each delivery day. In the instance that we can’t deliver to you, we will email you.

Orders: If you are looking to place or amend an order, pause or cancel deliveries, then please do this online in your ‘My Account’ section.

Refunds: In the instance we weren’t able to deliver to you or you had some missing items, please check the ‘My Transactions’ section of your online account. Your refund will appear here. There may be a delay in the order status updating in your account so we thank you for your patience. If you do not receive an update, please send an email to refund@milkandmore.co.uk to contact our refunds team. Please note that currently this is the only way to request a refund – this cannot be done by phone or via social media at this time – and no other queries can be dealt with using this address.

Ordering Times: We have brought the last order time forward to 12 midday on the day before your next delivery, instead of 9pm. This is to ensure we have enough time to gather up all orders,

Confirmation Emails: You may unfortunately experience significant delays in receiving order confirmation emails, as well as in seeing updates within your account. We completely understand your concerns around this, but ask you to please be patient and wait a while longer to receive communications or updates from us. Please be advised that if you do not receive these immediately, you do not need to order again. Refunds, if required, will be processed as normal, but there may also be a delay in receiving confirmation emails. Please rest assured that you will receive them.

Quantities: We have placed a limit on the order quantities of some items to make sure we can continue to serve everyone in our community fairly.

Stock: Although some of our usual lines are currently out of stock due to recent demand, we are working hard with our suppliers to replenish as soon as possible.

We thank you for your patience during this turbulent time. We have no doubt that we can stay in the heart of the communities we serve throughout this health crisis and hope we all work together through this.


New Customers

As soon as we are able to accept new customers our signup page will be switched back on.'

Our Precautions Surrounding the Coronavirus


Here at Milk & More, the health, wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff is our first priority. As a doorstep delivery service, our milkmen and milkwomen aim to deliver before 7am; this in itself minimises human contact and therefore reduces risk, but they have been instructed to have no contact with our customers.

Our milkmen and milkwomen also carry hand sanitisers that will be used in between each delivery. Please rest assured we will continue to monitor the situation closely and ensure we follow the guidelines/ updates published by Public Health England and the World Health Organization.
