We’ve collaborated with some of Britain’s best dairies to source five fantastic cheeses that pair to make the perfect cheese board. Our British Artisan Cheese Selection features:

Aged Reserve Blue Stilton, 200g
This delicious cheese from the Tuxford and Tebbut Creamery is a traditional English Blue Stilton. Each award-winning truckle is matured for over 12 weeks and has a deep wonderfully creamy texture, distinctive blue veins with rich, complex flavours and a piquant finish.

Boy Laity Cornish Camembert, 165g
Boy Laity’s Cornish Camembert is a classic mould ripened camembert with a rich, bold and buttery texture. When this gorgeous cheese is left to mature a more complex flavour and pungent aroma develops within its rustic, rippled rind.

Ford Farm Waxed Wensleydale and Cranberry, 200g
A young cheese sold at only three weeks old, Ford Farm’s wensleydale is a handmade take on an original Yorkshire recipe. The cheese has a sweet flavour boasting honeyed undertones that combine and contrast deliciously with the sharp and fruity succulence of the cranberries.

Organic Golden Cenarth, 200g
Made on a family farm in the lush valley of the river Cych in Wales, the Golden Cenarth is a cider washed-rind cheese with subtle creamy flavours which have won the Supreme Champion accolade at the British Cheese Awards.

The Open Air Dairy West Country Mature Cheddar, 200g
The Open Air Dairy produces their west country cheddar using milk from their own pasture fed dairy cows, who freely roam the fields and are milked with mobile milking parlours. This creamy and distinctive handmade cheddar packs a punch with big, robust and well-rounded flavours that highlight perfectly contrasting sweet and salty notes, an earthy tang and a subtle nutty flavour.

Boy Laity Cornish Camembert: Pasteurised Cows’ MILK, starter and ripening cultures, animal rennet (contains preservative sodium benzoate E211), calcium chloride (E509), salt (brine). Ford Farm Wensleydale and Cranberry: Wensleydale Cheese (MILK), dried sweetened cranberries (sugar, sunflower oil) (9%), sugar. Caws Cenarth Gold Cenarth: Cow's MILK 97.5%, Sea Salt 2%, Vegetarian Rennet, Cultures 0.5%, Brevibacterium Culture, Annatto E1606. Open Air Dairy West Country Mature Cheddar: Cheddar cheese (MILK). This product is wrapped in pork larded muslin during maturation.
