Instructions

To microwave: these reheat instructions are guidelines only, as all microwaves vary.  Remove cloth and place film sealed pudding into a microwave and heat on full power for 6 minutes (800w).

To steam or boil: place film sealed pudding with muslin cap into a steamer or saucepan filled to two thirds with boiling water. Steam for 2 hours.

Serving: once cooked, remove cloth cap, film lid and silicon disc. Invert basin onto plate and allow to stand for 2 minutes before turning out. Important remove basin carefully after cooking, as pudding and basin will be very hot. Once opened, reseal with cling film, store in a cool dry place and eat within 7 days.
