Burgen's soya and linseed loaf is packed full of tasty seeds and grains and is also high in fibre and calcium. This delicious bread is great for breakfast and brunch toasted and smothered in smashed avocado, eggs and bacon. It's also ideal for sandwiches, toasties and dipping in hot soup on a cold day.
